How to RegisterPlease note that your club will not be considered In Good Standing with RSC until payment of all registration fees and proof of coaching requirements have been obtained.
Note: Please combine each individual coach's credentials into 1 document to upload for that specific coach. IMPORTANT Any registrations submitted that are not fully completed will NOT be accepted and clubs will be required to re-submit their registrations in full. Email registrations WILL NOT be accepted. If adding a new member, please complete and submit a new form with only the additions (do not resend your whole team). 2024-2025 REGISTRATION- NOW OPEN Individual Membership Registration 1. Download and complete the 2024-2025 RSC Registration File. Please fill out the form fully and accurately. Different spreadsheets or copies of a previous year's form will not be accepted. 2. Complete the Online Registration Form The Online Registration Form will only accept the following file formats: RSC Registration File (.xls or .xlsx) Coaching Requirements (.pdf) 4. Send payment via Interac e-transfer to: [email protected]. You must write your team name and the number of each membership type (or a clear description of what the payment is for, if it's not for memberships) in the comment/notes section of the e-transfer. 5. Have all members complete both pages of the 2024-2025 RSC Waiver Form and submit them to your provincial organization. Note: If you require assistance obtaining and submitting Proof of Minimum Certification Requirements for Coaches please contact [email protected]. Open to all incorporated clubs and Provincial Sport Organizations. Fee - $350 1. Download and complete the Warranty - No Known Losses Form and save it as a .PDF file 2. Complete the Club/PSO Online Registration Form and attach your completed "Warranty - No Known Losses" Form. The system will only accept files in .PDF format. 3. Send payment via Interac e-transfer to: [email protected] Insurance CertificatesYour practice facility may require that they be named on an RSC insurance certificate. To request a certificate, please complete the RSC Insurance Certificate Request form. Please include the facility name and full mailing addresses for all facilities to be listed on the certificate. Please note that insurance certificates are only valid for clubs and individuals in good standing, who have registered as members and paid their fees in full. Insurance certificates are only necessary if your facility requires one.

Clubs wishing to have their club name appear on the Insurance Certificate must be incorporated and must register as a member club with RSC. |
Types of MembershipFull Membership: $25.00 CAD per year. Anyone may be a full member. Competitive athletes, coaches, volunteers and officials must be full members. Full Memberships run from September 1st to August 31st of each year and carry full voting rights.
Recreational Membership: $5.00 CAD per year. Recreational memberships are only open to those members registering as recreational athletes. Recreational Memberships run from September 1st to August 31st of each year and carry limited voting rights, as defined in the RSC bylaws. Club Memberships: Cost will be determined on a yearly basis by the Board of Directors based on the cost of insurance. Club Memberships run from September 1st to August 31st of each year and are open to only incorporated clubs. Club Memberships carry full voting rights, as defined by the RSC bylaws. Provincial Sport Organization Memberships: Cost will be determined on a yearly basis by the Board of Directors based on the cost of insurance. PSO Memberships run from September 1st to August 31st of each year. PSO Memberships carry limited voting rights, as defined by the RSC bylaws. Any non-Rope Skipping Canada members wishing to take part in workshops, camps, etc. may purchase insurance coverage for $1.00 per day through the event organizers. Organizers must inform the registrar that you are hosting an event prior to the event’s date. In the instance where registration for a one day event takes place on the same day as the activity, the names of temporary members must be submitted to the RSC registrar within 48 hours following the event and payment must be received within seven days. Coaching RequirementsProof of Minimum Certification Requirements must be submitted to RSC with club registration on a yearly basis.
